Purpose of Position

Manage and optimise the Sales Operations team to support the sales team through every stage of the sales process to shorten sales cycles and maximise conversion. Collaborate with the sales team and continuously analyse the sales experience to identify and implement improvements in sales processes, sales systems, tools, support and other opportunities to drive revenue growth and improve sales productivity.

Working closely with internal stakeholders, including Finance and IT, to accelerate speed to market while ensuring that all processes, documents, and communications are compliant with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Serve as a subject matter expert on the NetJets program, sales processes and product terms and support internal stakeholders and the sales team on complex deal structures.
