HOUSEKEEPING ATTENDANT
Job Summary: The housekeeping attendant is responsible for ensuring that assigned rooms are fully stocked, cleaned, and serviced to a high standard. He/She should also be able to resolve guest queries promptly and in a polite manner.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting guests and responding to queries.
- Replenishing amenities in the guests' bedroom and bathroom as needed.
- Dusting and polishing furniture.
- Servicing all rooms assigned within required time frame.
- Updating status of guest rooms on assignment sheet.
- Returning and restocking cleaning cart at end of shift.
- Reporting any technical issues and maintenance needs.
Qualifications:
- High School Leaving Certificate/Diploma.
- Valid Food Handlers' Permit.
