CONCIERGE AGENT

Job Summary: The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring that the guests receive efficient service from the point of arrival until departure. The primary function of the role would be to offer exceptional customer service and guest support to meet/exceed the guests' expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Planning guests' vacation using the weekly planner Assisting with the booking and confirmation of guest reservations for example dinners, spa treatments, tours, etc
• Handling check-ins and check-outs for all club sandals guests
• Escorting guests to assigned rooms and briefing them on all room amenities and features
• Utilising persuasive selling techniques to upsell rooms and promote other available services
• Handling guest concerns efficiently, tactfully and promptly
• Inspecting rooms for VIP arrivals, ensuring exacting standards are maintained

Qualifications:

• A High School Diploma
• (Associate and/or Bachelor's Degree would be an asset)
• Computer literate
• Must have strong execution and organisational skills and be able to effectively multi task
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
