As part of the AI Hub within the Data Insights & AI Department (DIA), you will manage Hapag-Lloyd's Citizen AI products and help colleagues use them in their daily work. You will support citizen developers, test tools and features, and turn recurring needs into reusable examples and accelerators. You will manage product access and costs, support training and pilots, and coordinate connections to relevant systems.

  • Operate the Citizen AI toolkit: configure tools, manage access and licences, monitor usage and costs, and coordinate technical support with IT and vendors.
  • Enable connections between self-service AI tools and relevant business systems and knowledge sources. Work with IT and system owners to configure and test integrations so colleagues can use them for their business tasks.
  • Evaluate new tools and features through hands-on pilots using representative business tasks. Assess usability, output quality and cost, and recommend which capabilities to introduce or improve.
  • Support citizen developers in building, testing and publishing agents, apps and workflows. Provide practical guidance and troubleshoot issues to help colleagues develop and maintain useful solutions independently.
  • Identify recurring business needs and turn successful solutions into reusable prompts, templates and accelerators. Provide practical documentation and keep the corresponding AI Marketplace listings current so other teams can find and reuse them.
  • Prepare and deliver onboarding, training and practical sessions, working with Hapag-Lloyd Academy where appropriate. Track adoption and user feedback, identify barriers and follow through on improvements that help colleagues use the tools effectively.
  • Experience in product management, digital workplace services or technology enablement.
  • Hands-on experience with AI assistants and low-code or automation tools for business tasks.
  • Understanding of enterprise access, licensing, support, data handling and AI output limitations.
  • Strong facilitation skills and experience creating learning materials and supporting communities.
  • Ability to use adoption, user feedback and cost or benefit evidence to make product decisions.
  • Fluency in English and ability to work across business and technical teams globally.
