Job Summary:
Supports the day-to-day healthcare operations of the community to ensure residents’ healthcare needs are met. Ensures residents are treated with respect and dignity and ensures quality care as residents’ healthcare needs change. Supports Wellness Directors, Licensed Nurses, and other direct care staff within the community. Directly reports to the Executive Vice President of Operations. Locations include DC/MD/VA and one location in FL. All communities are Assisted Living with Memory Care.
