We are looking for a professional and reliable International Driver to join our growing transport operation. This role involves transporting time-critical shipments throughout the UK and Europe using modern 3.5 t sleeper vans fitted with Smart Tachograph 2 (G2V2) technology.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced driver who enjoys international travel, working independently, and delivering exceptional customer service whilst maintaining the highest standards of compliance and professionalism.
Due to the nature of the work, you may need to spend 4 to 5 nights away from home, a generous overnight allowance provided.
Role Responsibilities Overview:
- International collections and deliveries throughout the UK and Europe
- Cross-border transportation in compliance with the EU Mobility Package
- Cabotage and Cross Trade operations where legally permitted and operationally required
- Vehicle inspections and daily defect reporting
- Maintaining accurate records using the Smart Tachograph 2 system
- Professional interaction with customers, border authorities and inspection agencies
- Compliance with EU driving hours, working time and rest regulations

Work Environment:
- Full-time (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday, shifts will depend on the planned routes.
- Fully onsite from our Cambridge Warehouse (CB22 3TJ)

What You’ll Bring:
- Full, clean Category B driving licence
- Experience driving long distances within the UK and/or Europe

- A proactive, reliable, and accountable approach
- Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance
- Additional licences (e.g. ADR, Category C, forklift) is desirable
