Hi-Rel Test Technician Job Description: Set up manual and automatic test equipment to perform Pass / Fail electrical testing on various diode devices per Test Plans Perform electrical testing over various temperature extremes Export data into an Excel spreadsheet for production and/or engineering review Perform environmental processing, including but not limited to the following: Fine leak testing Gross leak testing (bubble and dye penetrant) Constant acceleration Load production and engineering lots into burn-in for qualification, screening, and life testing Monitor burn-in setups and runs for consistency and reliable performance Perform solder dip on various device packages Perform pre-cap visual inspection to MIL/Aerospace and customer requirements
