Working closely with Client Leads, Consultants, and Design professionals, you will shape innovative solutions in leadership development, executive coaching, team effectiveness, and facilitation that address a wide range of client needs. You will also foster a thriving community of practitioners, oversee networks of external coaches and facilitators, and contribute to business growth by delivering exceptional client experiences and developing market-leading solutions.
