As part of the DKV Group, Remobis focuses on providing financial solutions to their customers in the areas of VAT Refund. These are administrative processes that we handle from A to Z for our clients. Service orientation, attention and care are important aspects of our approach, and this is also what we are looking for in future colleagues. In this position of VAT Refund Service Specialist, you will be responsible for onboarding our customers, submitting VAT Refund requests, and monitoring the progress of the refund requests until payment is made. Besides this administrative work, you will also be in contact, via phone and email, with our customers, partners, and the Tax Authorities. Main Responsibilities: Provide information about the external VAT recovery process; Support clients throughout the contract duration, responding promptly and professionally to their requests to establish long-term relationships; Collect and process the necessary documents for VAT refunds for tax authorities; Submit VAT refund claims, adhering to deadlines set by the authorities and the company; Respond to requests from authorities within the indicated deadlines; Record information in the company's systems according to internal procedures.
