Paid Internship – Client Communication & Management Intern (Fresher)

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients through email, WhatsApp, phone calls, and online meetings.

• Understand client requirements, expectations, and concerns.

• Clearly communicate client requirements to the respective internal teams.

• Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams.

• Follow up with team members on ongoing client tasks and deliverables.

• Provide clients with regular updates regarding project progress.

• Handle day-to-day client queries and coordinate with the relevant team for resolutions.

• Maintain proper records of client communication, requirements, and follow-ups.

• Coordinate client meetings and discussions when required.

• Prepare meeting notes and communicate action items to the concerned team.

• Follow up on deadlines and ensure client requirements are properly communicated and tracked.

• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.

• Identify client concerns and escalate important issues to senior team members when required.

• Support the team in ensuring smooth day-to-day management of client projects.
