Position Title: Senior Marketing Manager - APAC
Location: Taguig City, Metro Manila – 2 days per week onsite
Role Purpose
The Senior Marketing Manager for APAC will play a crucial role in establishing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth across the APAC region. This individual will oversee all marketing activities within the region. They’ll collaborate closely with global marketing colleagues as well as local sales and cyber security experts to deliver on the company's overall marketing and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Summary
- Working with global marketing and regional sales leaders you’ll establish and implement regional marketing plans and campaigns that align with the company's overall marketing and business goals.
- Follow leadership direction on key target markets, customer segments, and demographics to focus on within the region.
- Collaborate with the global marketing team to adapt global campaigns and initiatives to suit regional needs.
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels including owned channels such as email marketing and corporate social media as well as paid channels such as digital advertising.
- Monitor regional market trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure effective communication, lead or demand generation handoff, and alignment on marketing efforts.
- Work alongside global marketing colleagues on account based marketing approaches and manage the local execution of relationship building activities for our most important clients.
- Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to make informed optimizations.
- Manage the regional marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with external vendors, and partners to enhance the impact of marketing initiatives.
- Act as the regional brand ambassador, ensuring consistent messaging and brand identity across all touchpoints.
- Drive innovation in marketing strategies by staying updated on industry best practices and emerging trends.
- Contribute to cross-functional innovation and operational excellence initiatives that advance our B2B marketing and communications capabilities.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
What we are looking for in you
Demonstrated success in executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Proven experience in marketing, within a leadership or managerial role with knowledge of the APAC market.
- Strong understanding of regional market dynamics, cultural nuances, and customer behaviors.
- Experience in adapting marketing campaigns to sector-specific audiences, dynamics and desired outcomes.
- Proficiency in using marketing tools and multi-media platforms, including CRM systems, email marketing software. .
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to self-motivate and inspire colleagues.
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze and interpret metrics to make informed decisions.
- Interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional and cross-regional teams.
- Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and priorities.
