We help mid-market companies (roughly 10-150 employees) use AI agents to eliminate manual back-office work like claims processing, invoicing, and order entry. What we’re looking for Anyone with a trusted relationship they’d feel comfortable introducing us to. You might know a business owner, an executive, or someone who makes decisions at a mid-market company, through work, a community, a past job, or a friendship. No particular title, background, sales experience, or AI knowledge is needed. Industries Insurance agencies and MGAs Freight brokers and 3PLs Wholesale distributors Accounting and bookkeeping firms Law firms Medical practice groups Title and escrow companies Wealth management firms Manufacturers Don’t see your industry? If you know a decision maker at a mid-market company in any field, we’d still love to hear from you. What you’d do, if you choose to Make a warm introduction by email, call, or referral. Help set up a meeting. That’s all. Our team handles the presentation, demo, and everything after. No cold calling, no demos, no closing. Compensation 25% of the payments we actually receive from a client you introduced Earned only when we sign a contract with that client (an introduction or meeting alone doesn’t trigger payment) Paid within 2 weeks of each client payment we receive Paid for the life of the engagement, up to 24 months from the client’s signup date No cap How it works You’re an independent contractor, not an employee or agent of ours. You decide whether, when, and how to make introductions. No required hours, quotas, or supervision. You use your own tools and cover your own expenses. Compensation is commission-only: no salary, hourly pay, guaranteed earnings, or benefits. You’re responsible for your own taxes, and we issue a 1099 where required. Everything is covered by a written agreement that you can review before any introductions are made.
