About this Position What you´ll do Independent execution of international audits in the areas of Supply Chain, Operations SHE across Henkel’s global locations, including full ownership of audit preparation, delivery, and follow-up Assessment of the effectiveness of the management system, policies, and key controls, followed by the development of targeted actions to mitigate risks, strengthen compliance, and enhance business processes Collaboration with cross-functional teams to analyze processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support the continuous advancement Leadership of dedicated projects focusing on audit methodology, process optimization, and risk management Clear and confident communication of audit results to relevant stakeholders – including senior management – while providing guidance during the implementation of defined actions Regular international travel of up to 40% to support global sites and ensure consistent audit coverage
