Careers International is hiring for a reputed Civil & MEP Contracting Company in the UAE for its ongoing building and infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise day-to-day electrical installation works as per approved drawings and specifications • Monitor conduiting, cable laying, DB/panel installation, wiring and lighting works • Read and interpret shop drawings; raise material requests and track deliveries • Coordinate with foremen and chargehands on daily work allocation • Raise inspection requests and attend consultant inspections • Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records • Ensure safe working practices and HSE compliance on site Requirements • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering • 1 to 5 years of site experience in building construction (MEP); GCC experience is an advantage • Ability to read electrical drawings and understand IEC/BS standards • Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office • Valid passport (minimum 2 years validity) • Good communication skills in English; Hindi/Arabic is an advantage • Ready to join at the earliest / within the notice period Benefits • Company-provided accommodation • Company-provided transportation to and from site • Employment visa and medical insurance as per UAE law • Annual leave and air ticket as per company policy • End-of-service gratuity as per UAE Labour Law • Overtime as per company policy and UAE Labour Law
