Careers International is hiring for a reputed Civil & MEP Contracting Company in the UAE for its ongoing building and infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise electrical foremen, chargehands and electricians on daily site activities • Execute conduiting, cable pulling, DB/panel installation, wiring and lighting as per drawings • Plan daily manpower and material requirements with the site engineer • Check workmanship quality and prepare areas for inspection • Report daily progress and issues to the site/project engineer • Enforce safety rules and toolbox talks on site Requirements • Diploma / ITI in Electrical • 5+ years of experience as Electrical Supervisor/Foreman in building construction; GCC experience preferred • Ability to read electrical drawings • Good manpower handling skills • Valid passport (minimum 2 years validity) • Good communication in English/Hindi Benefits • Company-provided accommodation • Company-provided transportation to and from site • Employment visa and medical insurance as per UAE law • Annual leave and air ticket as per company policy • End-of-service gratuity as per UAE Labour Law • Overtime as per company policy and UAE Labour Law
