KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure accurate consumption details are maintained from the design stage to bulk production, supporting on-time delivery (OTD) and right-first-time (RFT) metrics.
  • Actively participate in style development and project meetings to propose cost-saving initiatives, thereby driving profitability for assigned styles or product categories.
  • Provide precise consumption data for tech packs, mini markers, and BOM (Bill of Materials) through Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems to assist the manufacturing process.
  • Compare and verify the final consumption against actual production consumption during the bulk production phase.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Degree or diploma in Textile Technology, Textile Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
  • At least 2 years of experience in CAD room and cutting within the garment industry.
  • Knowledge of sewing operations is advantageous.
  • Strong customer relationship management and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in relevant software and inventory management systems.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
