Entry-Level Gutter Technician Assistant

Part-Time to Full-Time | $25/hour + Production Bonus Eligibility After 90 Days
Upper West Exteriors is growing our new in-house gutter division, and we’re looking for a dependable, hardworking Gutter Technician Assistant to work alongside our Lead Gutter Technician.
This is a part-time to full-time opportunity based out of South Seattle, with the potential for hours and responsibility to grow as our gutter division expands.
This is a hands-on field position that requires comfort working from ladders, at heights, and with common construction hand tools and power tools.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn a skilled trade, work outdoors, and build a long-term career in exterior construction. You’ll assist with gutter fabrication and installation, jobsite setup, material handling, trailer organization, and other field-production needs.
The right person does not need extensive gutter experience. We’re looking for someone who is reliable, mechanically inclined, comfortable with physical work, and ready to learn.
Compensation & Growth
$25-$26.50/hour starting pay
Part-time to full-time, with opportunity for increased hours as the division grows
Eligible for production-based bonuses after 90 days
