About the role
- Safely transport our kids to and from our center along pre-planned routes
- Keep passengers comfortable, secure, and happy on every trip
- Assist children on and off the bus, providing physical support where needed for children of all ages and sizes
- Perform simple daily vehicle safety checks
- Communicate warmly with families and staff
- Use smartphone apps and digital systems to manage routes, record trips, and complete straightforward reports
You'll thrive in this role if you have...
- A love of driving and a calm, patient nature
- Confidence using smartphones, apps, and basic computer systems as part of your daily work
- The physical ability to safely assist children with boarding, exiting, and other mobility needs when required
- Must be 21 or older
- A commitment to safety, reliability, and providing excellent care for every child
