Associate Attorney – Products Liability Practice Group sought by Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith, LLP for a position based in Los Angeles, CA. Must have a Juris Doctor degree (JD). Must be licensed to practice law in the state of California. Must have working knowledge attained either by experience or by education in CAD tools, and computer-aided manufacturing. Duties include: Assist in all phases of products liability litigation, including: case investigation and early evaluation; drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs, managing discovery (written discovery, depositions, document review); Analyze technical materials such as product schematics, CAD drawings, and engineering reports; manufacturing processes and design specifications.
