The Job
- 2-year Contract
- Perform the vetting of various certificates applications for Owner Certificate under Letting Scheme for Subsidised Sale Developments with Premium Unpaid.
- Prepare comprehensive statistics reports to Housing Authority or other stakeholders.
- Assist to supervise and monitor the team, and provide guidance to subordinates in delivery of quality after-sales and customer services.
- Manage applicant enquiries and complaints, through hotline and face-to-face.
- Provide technical support in conducting market research, analyze market information and perform annual budget for the team and other duties as assigned by the supervisors.
The Person
- Degree holder in Surveying, Real Estate, Land Management, Business Administration, Management, Property Management, or related disciplines with minimum 4-years’ relevant experience.
- Experience in after-sales services, customer services, property management or real estate, and familiar with the mechanism of subsidized housing scheme is a definite advantage.
- Dedicated to work, strong communication, interpersonal and organization skills, and self-motivated.
- Good analytical and leadership skill with excellent spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
- Proficiency in MS Windows application, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing.
