Join Greenly, a global leader in carbon accounting, as a CRM Delivery Intern. You will work closely with the Delivery Manager and CRM Manager to improve the customer journey, create and manage email campaigns, run A/B tests, and help design and implement AI agents for the CRM. This is a full-time, 6-month internship based in Paris.

Key missions

  • Contribuer à l'amélioration du parcours client en identifiant des cas d'utilisation à déployer via le CRM.
  • Créer et gérer des campagnes par e-mail de bout en bout, y compris la création et le maintien de flux de travail automatisés.
  • Aider à concevoir et à mettre en œuvre des agents d'IA qui rendent notre CRM plus intelligent, tels que les recommandations d'actions.
