We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, and motivated Independently Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT) to join our growing behavioral health team in Indiana. The ideal candidate will have experience in mental health, addiction treatment, clinical assessments, intake evaluations, ASAM assessments, and clinical supervision. Key Responsibilities: Conduct intakes, diagnostic evaluations, biopsychosocial and ASAM assessments. Provide individual, group, and family therapy. Treat addiction, co-occurring disorders, PTSD, trauma, depression, anxiety, and other mental health diagnoses. Develop individualized treatment plans and maintain clinical documentation. Provide clinical supervision and consultation when qualified. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support quality client care. Qualifications: Active Indiana independent clinical license (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent). Experience in outpatient mental health and addiction treatment. Strong assessment, diagnostic, and crisis intervention skills. Knowledge of evidence-based treatment approaches, including CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing. Clinical supervision and IOP experience preferred.
