  • Do you have strong knowledge of the commercial roofing industry?

  • Do you live in Texas near a major airport or are you willing to relocate to Texas?

GENERAL PURPOSE
To effectively apply Mantis methodology in the facility (roof, walls, pavement, and energy) inspection process for Facility Management Solutions projects and to provide quality assurance observation on projects as needed. The primary duty will surround Quality Assurance Observation, but other duties may include roof surveys, pavement surveys, and building envelope surveys.
***PAY RANGE: $30-$40 an hour (depending on experience and certifications you hold), plus Per Diem when traveling (as dictated by each state/county worked in)***
