JOB TITLE
Leasing Associate | MAF Properties | Central Region

ROLE SUMMARY
Leasing Associate is responsible for performing various administrative tasks for the Leasing department and coordinating with various departments, including tenants, to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning through regular follow- ups in a timely manner within the assigned area. Leasing Associate is also responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing all aspects of lease agreement ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.

ROLE PROFILE

  • Provide administrative support to the Leasing team, including deal processing, CRM proposals, legal documentation, and correspondence management.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders, including tenants, to ensure smooth communication and operations.
  • Follow up on pending tasks, tenant requirements, and departmental commitments to meet deadlines and obligations.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of lease agreements, amendments, and related documentation.
  • Prepare regular lease status and administrative reports to support management decision-making.
  • Resolve lease-related and tenant-related issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Support special projects and continuous improvement initiatives within the Leasing department.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications effectively while demonstrating strong organizational, communication, and leasing administration skills.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in shopping malls, retail, or real estate environments.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills.
  • Proven stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
