You'll shadow first, earn your reps, and build toward full independence over 90 days.
This is a full-cycle wholesaling position covering both acquisitions and dispositions. You'll be on the phone with motivated sellers, underwriting deals, presenting cash offers, and then flipping to the disposition side — marketing properties, managing buyer interest, and closing. You won't be handed a playbook and left alone.
