• Candidate is required to have product understanding for Term loans, Working capital and structural products.
• Role is sector agnostic and following skills are required
• Due diligence of corporate, group and promoters
• Analysis of financials
• Understanding Proposal related Industry and Market dynamics and application of the same in Credit assessments and stipulation of Risk mitigates.
• Site visits and Personal discussions with Promoters/ CFO
• Preparation of credit notes along with stipulation of deal specific covenants
• Adherence of Internal Credit Policies and capturing the deviations accordingly in Credit Note
• Approval / recommendation of credit limits and transaction
• Monitoring of Portfolio companies
