Marketing Liaison

Located in Essex County, NJ

A beautiful privately owned skilled nursing facility located in Essex County, NJ is looking for a strong Marketing Liaison.

Responsibilities of the Marketing Liaison:

  • Interacts with community leaders, social workers, case managers, discharge managers to maintain and develop referral relationships.

  • Work with Admissions department to meet short term and long-range census goals

  • Develop and provide information for marketing materials or presentations as needed.

  • Help manage the admissions process to ensure satisfaction for residents and families

  • Create, manage and monitor new business development plans

  • Conduct research as needed.

Requirements of the Marketing Liaison:

  • Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience in long-term care

  • Established relationships with local hospitals, including Clara Maass, Mountainside, Overlook, and Morristown

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency with technology and digital tools
