The LP3 is responsible for managing loans from lock through funding, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality underwriting submissions and closings. This role works closely with the Loan Officer, Loan Partners, underwriters, borrowers, and third-party partners to proactively manage files, minimize underwriting conditions, and help ensure loans close on time.
The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of mortgage processing experience, strong knowledge of mortgage guidelines, excellent attention to detail, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to manage a high-volume pipeline with accuracy and accountability.
