Pay

HK$20,159 – HK$24,503 per month

Up to 5% of total basic salary as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered upon completion of the contract with satisfactory performance.

Key Responsibilities：

1.To work in aseptic units and assist in the operation of cytotoxic and aseptic service.

2.To provide support to aseptic and cytotoxic drugs preparation including stock management, packing and transporting products and handling enquiries from wards.

3.To perform routine cleaning, monitoring and maintenance of the environmental and equipment conditions of the aseptic units of pharmacy, as well as general housekeeping and cleaning in pharmacy.

4.To provide support to general pharmacy operations including re-packing of drugs, bulk item replenishment, stock management, handling of drug charging processes, patient and department enquiries and drug delivery.

5.To be responsible for data collection, data entry, filing and maintenance of the document control system.

6.To supervise, coordinate and assist in the training of subordinates.

7.To perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Entry Requirements：

1. Tertiary education;

OR

2. Completed F.5 / S.5 with:

(i) Passes in 5 subjects including English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language in Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination or equivalent; OR

(ii) 5 subjects in Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education attaining the level specified below:

- Level 2 in English Language and Chinese Language; AND

- Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects / “Attained” in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category) / Grade E in Other Language subjects; or equivalent;

AND with relevant experience.

Preferable Attributes：

1.Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

2.With knowledge in computer operation and PC application including word-processing (both Chinese and English) and other software including Word, Excel, etc.
