We're looking for an experienced Loan Processor (Loan Partner 3) who takes pride in delivering an exceptional client experience while keeping loans moving efficiently.

The LP3 is responsible for managing loans from lock through funding, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality underwriting submissions and closings. This role works closely with the Loan Officer, Loan Partners, underwriters, borrowers, and third-party partners to proactively manage files, minimize underwriting conditions, and help ensure loans close on time.
Our ideal candidate:
Is fluent in both English and Spanish
Has 3+ years of mortgage processing experience for a broker
Has outstanding communication skills
Has excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability and pride in their work
Has the ability to manage a high-volume pipeline with accuracy and efficiency
Is a self-starter who takes ownership and gets things done
Thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
Is flexible and willing to go the extra mile when needed, understanding that occasionally a time-sensitive loan may need attention outside of traditional business hours
Isn't hesitant to pick up the phone to communicate
Loves helping people
