Prado’s Plumbing, Heating & Air is seeking a professional, customer-focused, and highly organized Remote Customer Support & Scheduling Specialist to support our daily operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

This position plays an important role in coordinating service appointments, responding to customer inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and communicating with our service teams. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining a courteous and professional approach.

We welcome candidates with backgrounds in customer service, scheduling, administration, hospitality, or call center operations. Plumbing and HVAC industry experience is not required, as training can be provided to qualified candidates.
