Based in Paris, you will play a key role in shaping and implementing the company's corporate strategy and M&A agenda. Your responsibilities will include defining M&A priorities, leading assessments of potential transactions, managing transactions end to end, and supporting the development of the corporate strategy. You should have a postgraduate degree and 5+ years of experience in investment banking, consulting, or Big Four transaction services.
Key missions
- Contribuer à la définition des priorités en matière de fusions et acquisitions du Groupe, à l'univers cible et aux domaines d'intérêt stratégique.
- Diriger des évaluations approfondies des transactions potentielles, en construisant des cas d'affaires détaillés et des modèles financiers.
- Gérer les transactions de A à Z, y compris la due diligence complète avec des conseillers internes et externes.
