We're looking for Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant to join our team.
• 4+ years hands-on Salesforce Sales Cloud implementation or consulting experience (not just admin/support)
• Demonstrated experience with recent Sales Cloud capabilities: Pipeline/Opportunity management, Forecasting, Sales Engagement, Revenue Intelligence
• Strong grasp of native declarative tools — Flow, Dynamic Forms, Record-Triggered Automation — and when to use them instead of custom build or AI
• Working knowledge of Salesforce license/edition tiers (what's included vs. add-on) to ground recommendations in cost reality
• Agentforce / Einstein experience: Agent Builder, Prompt Builder, Data Cloud grounding — as one capability among several, not the sole specialty
• Apex and/or API-level comfort for fast prototyping (POC-speed, not necessarily production-hardened)
• Consulting/discovery experience — has run client-facing sessions to define business requirements, not just intake "build tickets"
Strongly preferred
• Experience proposing multiple solution paths (e.g., config vs. automation vs. AI agent) with trade-off reasoning, rather than a single default recommendation
• Salesforce certifications: Sales Cloud Consultant, Agentforce Specialist, Platform App Builder (nice-to-have signal of breadth, not a substitute for real experience)
