We are seeking an Estate Planning and Probate Attorney to join our team in Cinnaminson, NJ. In this role, you will guide individuals and families through estate planning, probate, and estate administration matters, prepare wills, trusts, and related documents, and represent clients in applicable proceedings in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. A typical day includes client consultations and leading a team consisting of a paralegal and support staff regarding client needs.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday.
A hybrid work schedule is available, with flexibility for remote work while maintaining a collaborative, in-office environment.
