Position Overview Note : CST or EST time zones only (Fulltime) We are seeking an experienced Lead Java React Developer with 11+ years of software development experience to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will be a strong hands-on technical leader with deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and React.js, along with experience in system design, architecture, mentoring, and technical leadership. Position Details • Job Title: Lead Java React Developer • Experience: 11+ Years • Employment Type: Full-Time / Permanent • Work Location: Remote USA • Time Zone: Candidates must be available to work in CST or EST time zones only • Work Model: 100% Remote Key Responsibilities • Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale applications. • Develop scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices. • Design and develop modern, responsive front-end applications using React.js. • Build and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services. • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams. • Participate in architecture and system-design discussions. • Conduct code reviews and establish coding and development best practices. • Mentor junior and mid-level developers. • Identify and resolve complex technical and production issues. • Drive application performance, scalability, security, and reliability improvements. • Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders. • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and estimation. • Ensure high-quality, maintainable, and reusable code throughout the development lifecycle. Required Technical Skills Backend • 11+ years of professional software development experience. • Strong hands-on experience with Java / J2EE. • Advanced Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Spring MVC. • Strong experience designing and developing Microservices. • Excellent knowledge of REST APIs and Web Services. • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and Design Patterns. Frontend • Strong hands-on experience with React.js. • Strong JavaScript / TypeScript skills. • HTML5, CSS3, responsive UI development. • Experience with React components, hooks, state management, and API integration. Database & Data • Strong SQL skills. • Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL. • Knowledge of NoSQL databases is a plus. Cloud & DevOps • Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP. • Git and modern source-control practices. • CI/CD tools and automated deployment pipelines. • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is preferred. Technical Leadership • Proven experience leading development teams or serving as a technical lead. • Ability to make sound technical and architectural decisions. • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. • Experience mentoring developers and conducting code reviews. • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • Experience working on large-scale enterprise applications. • Strong understanding of application security, scalability, and performance optimization. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
