Boiler & Heating Experience (Big Plus)
Installing and replacing residential boilers
Hydronic heating troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair
Piping, circulators, valves, expansion tanks, and controls
Owning a heating install from start to finish

What You Get
Schedule & Pay
NO ON-CALL
$45–$50/hr or commission — whichever is higher, every pay period. You never earn less than your hourly rate
Earn 5% on every boiler install you complete — you own your callbacks, so doing it right the first time pays
