About this Position Inspire, lead, and develop a high-performing international Finance / BI team of 3 people, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement Lead digital transformation initiatives across Henkel, influencing senior stakeholders, and embedding a forward-thinking, agile mindset across the organization. What you´ll do Drive continuous improvement and innovation by optimizing existing processes and implementing new solutions for Henkel's global Finance community Shape the future of Finance analytics by driving data-driven decision-making, fostering BI adoption, and defining the roadmap for future analytical capabilities Own and continuously enhance Henkel’s global SAP BPC application, enabling financial reporting, planning, and forecasting processes across the organization Establish and drive data governance standards, policies, and controls across Henkel’s finance organization and partner with international and cross-divisional stakeholders Identify and address strategically relevant areas impacting Henkel's future digital capabilities Prepare executive-level analyses and decision briefings for senior leadership as their trusted advisor
