The ideal asset manager must be able to manage a portfolio of properties and possess strong leadership and customer service skills in dealing with residents, investors, and vendors. This position will be responsible for repairs & maintenance, lease enforcement, and processing financial matters.
This position requires someone who has strong communication and computer skills, is able to take initiative, and is well-organized and detail-oriented. Prior experience in property management is a must.
