We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as the Vice President 2, Head of Procurement. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the global procurement function, ensuring efficient and effective processes are in place to support EXL's business objectives. Your strategic vision and leadership will be instrumental in driving the organization's success and growth.

• Lead and manage the global procurement team, providing strategic direction and guidance.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with EXL's business goals and objectives.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and key suppliers to ensure effective collaboration.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for EXL.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize procurement processes.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulations, maintaining high standards of integrity and ethics.
• Develop and maintain a robust supplier database, evaluating and selecting suppliers based on performance and quality.
• Implement innovative technologies and tools to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor and analyze procurement data to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership, communicating procurement strategies and outcomes.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 20+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, with a proven track record of success.
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools, including ERP systems and e-procurement platforms.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in procurement and supply chain management.
