Education Requirements: Graduate
Work Experience Requirements: Minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
Responsibilities:
–Provide a helpdesk service to handle all queries via telephone or email Preparation of Process Documentation
–Work within established procedures with minimal supervision
Identify common themes from queries and recommend process improvements to reduce the number of queries
Role Specific Skills:
–Knowledge of Invoice processing, payments and AP helpdesk
–Able to prioritize multiple activities
–Data gathering ability / eye for detail
–
Technical/Soft Skills
–Proficient in MS Office
–Experience in any finance ERP
–Good level of knowledge and experience in Accounts Payable
