NOW HIRING: General Manager — DoubleTree by Hilton Fort Worth South Hotel & Conference Center Managed by GF Hotels & Resorts
We are seeking a top-performing, highly motivated General Manager to lead the newly renovated DoubleTree by Hilton Fort Worth South, a full-service property featuring 20,000 sq. ft. of flexible event space and the on-site Smoke & Barrel Restaurant.
This is not a passive leadership role — we are looking for a hands-on operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is obsessed with profitability, operational efficiency, and measurable performance metrics such as GOP, NOI, RevPAR, and guest satisfaction scores. The ideal candidate has deep local market knowledge, a proven track record of success, and is passionate about building and leading high-performing teams.
Compensation: Performance-based compensation. Exceptional candidates will earn exceptional rewards. We are committed to recognizing and incentivizing those who deliver.
At GF Hotels Resorts, we believe the right people drive the best results. If you’re ready to lead a high-profile asset with full support and high expectations, we want to hear from you.
