You’ll design and build core platform capabilities — from high-throughput data pipelines for business automation to AI-powered insights and agentic automation to the interfaces that put them in users’ hands. You own your products through the full lifecycle: shipping new features, triaging and resolving critical production issues, and ensuring operational health. You’ll provide technical leadership on architecture, engineering standards, and technology choices, and partner closely with product and design to ensure what we build actually moves the needle.
Minimum Qualifications
6+ years building and scaling production-grade full-stack applications and backend services using Javascript/Typescript, Node.js, ReactJS, ExpressJS, and Java.
Experience with Kafka and Flink for event-driven architectures, real-time stream processing, and distributed systems.
Experience with micro-services, system design, scalability, fault tolerance, concurrency, and performance optimization.
Experience building AI-powered products, including LLM integration, agentic workflows, NLP pipelines, and intelligent automation.
Proven ability to deliver end-to-end product features with a product-owner mindset and focus on user/business outcomes.
Hands-on with cloud-native stack: Docker, Kubernetes, AWS.
Hands-on CI/CD and DevOps practices.
Proficient with SQL and NoSQL databases at scale.

BS in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
