Job Title: RN(LTC) Location: Haverhill MA Shift: Night Shift, 11:00 PM 7:00 AM Job Type: Contract Job Responsibilities: Provide nursing care and administer medications and treatments. Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the medical team. Maintain accurate nursing notes, care plans, and medical records. Supervise CNAs and coordinate nursing assignments. Assist with admissions, discharges, assessments, and physician rounds. Requirements: Active LPN or RN license. Current CPR/AED certification. Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills. Long-term care experience preferred.
