SPA THERAPIST

Job Summary: The spa therapist is responsible for delivering a sense of well-being by performing a wide range of spa treatments. Greets and welcomes spa guests, informs guests of spa packages, promotions, and rates, and customise treatments and therapies to suit guests' needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Performing all guest services in a cordial, efficient, and professional manner, maintaining a commitment to guest satisfaction and world-class service. Ensuring that guests are as comfortable as possible before, during and after their treatment/service.
  • Enquiring about any medical conditions or other special needs prior to commencement of service.
  • Performing all treatments/services as established in the department standards.
  • Performing services in various on-property locations as reserved.
  • Replenishing service supplies/products for workstation.
  • Following trends in the industry and make recommendations to improve service offerings.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of three years' experience as Sous Chef in an international first-class hotel/resort
  • Culinary institution or equivalent technical schooling or apprenticeship training.
  • Food Handler's Permit.
