CLUB SANDALS SUPERVISOR

Job Summary: The club sandals (concierge) supervisor is responsible for managing the first impressions of our guests and maintaining departmental goals to ensure team members create an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities:

• Tending to guest queries quickly, efficiently and courteously
• Ensuring service excellence is consistently practiced
• Inspecting guest rooms in partnership with the Housekeeping department to ensure acceptable standards are maintained
• Developing the annual budget for the department
• Conducting technical skills and customer service training with team members

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Hotel/Business Management or equivalent
• Minimum of two years' experience in a similar position
• Computer literate with computer applications and software i.e Windows/Excel/Access/Outlook
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and non-verbally
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to analyse and resolve problems, exercising good judgment
