Key Responsibilities
Lead quality assurance processes across production, packaging, and handling to ensure adherence to food safety standards and internal SOPs.
Supervise, mentor, and train quality executives and frontline QA staff on food safety protocols and quality best practices.
Prepare for and lead internal and external audits including HACCP, FSSAI, ISO, and other regulatory or certification audits.
Approve raw material quality and oversee sensory, physical, and quality inspections of finished products.
Drive resolution of quality issues and customer complaints through root cause analysis and implementation of CAPA.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all QA activities including reports, logs, checklists, and compliance records.
Prepare and present periodic quality dashboards and reports to management.
Identify and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and strengthen food safety systems.
Collaborate with Procurement, Production, and Logistics teams to ensure end-to-end quality control across the supply chain.
