•Master’s degree in engineering
•Solid experience in Sales department with proved negotiation and communication skills
•Deep knowledge of automation and material handling market
•Good understanding of industrial processes and product/application feasibility

•Experience working with multinational customers and cross-regional teams (matrix organization)
