You analyze complex business requirements, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, as well as functional and non-functional requirements, and derive risk-based testing approaches from them. You advise Product Owners, business stakeholders, and development teams on quality assurance and support them in defining requirements early on in a clear, complete, and testable way. You design relevant test scenarios and test cases and execute manual and automated tests or coordinate their implementation. You continuously develop test strategies, quality standards, and appropriate testing methods, ensuring their consistent application and documentation. You support the creation, maintenance, and further development of automated tests, integration and regression tests, as well as release validation activities. You analyze test results, defects, test coverage, and quality risks, create transparency, and derive concrete recommendations for action. You support release readiness assessments and Go/No-Go decisions, document meaningful testing evidence, and address risks at an early stage. You embed a quality mindset already during the requirements and development phases. You actively contribute your expertise to our QA Community of Practice and support the cross-team exchange of standards and best practices.
