Your experience will provide valuable insight into business planning, sales conversations, negotiations, and the daily activities that contribute to successful real estate production.
Alongside your leadership role, you will continue developing your own real estate business through client relationships, prospecting, networking, and referral opportunities. This allows you to remain actively involved in transactions, expand your market knowledge, and lead by example while pursuing your personal production goals.
