The Job
- Contacts delinquent customers to discuss account status.
- Inform and assess the customer's story and suggest a beneficial solution.
- Follow up on repayments promises customers of past due payment.
- Identify and escalate uncooperative customers to Legal.
The Ideal Candidate
- You Live in La Paz Tarlac or Concepcion Tarlac.
- Willing to do field work.
- Physically fit.
- With negotiation skills, persuasive skills, goal-oriented, self-motivation and discipline.
- Field collection experience is required but not necessary
- Has a valid/updated Driving License and should own a registered motorcycle.
- Computer literate and digital literate.
